"A Very British Garden” – Darren Lerigo
Darren will talk about the flowers and shrubs we find in the typical British Garden and offers alternatives to the 'normal' plants we pop into our perennial borders. He suggests easier ways to deal with slugs, simple compost making and the benefits of fungi for growing your own vegetables.
Not so much an historical look at our gardens but very much a modern look at how gardens can work for us right now. This talk should provide food for thought!
This meeting will include our AGM, so entry is free, but annual subscriptions will be collected - £12.50 each.
